Printmehappy.com provides a service that allows buyers to submit Print or Design Quote Requests to its marketplace and invite multiple suppliers. We strive to make your experience a positive one.

It should be noted that Printmehappy.com may not always be able to attract a high number of bids from printers or designers. While we seek to enlist only the highest quality printers, we do not guarantee the quality or the credentials of the printers / designers / agencies that view and respond to your RFQ (Request for Quote). As Printmehappy.com is a conduit for connecting buyers with suppliers, we are not responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and/or your company and a Printmehappy.com participating supplier. Printmehappy.com does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold by a printer / supplier on Printmehappy.com. You should exercise as much caution as you would typically exercise with any purchase of products or services.

Should you have a dispute with any supplier, you must address such dispute with the supplier directly. You hereby agree to release Printmehappy.com (and our employees and agents) from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your transactions with suppliers.

LIABILITY FOR CHARGES
Any charges incurred by the user will be deemed of the company, if any, and the organisation will be held responsible for any Printmehappy.com invoices outstanding. These invoices are normally generated automatically when a transaction takes place but occassionally this might not be the case. You will be invoiced and a copy of the invoice sent to the registered email address. This will be considered as delivery of the invoice and payment should be made or your account credited to cover the charges.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement supersedes any previous Terms of Use Agreement to which you and Printmehappy may have been bound. This Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved.
